How I work
Senior leadership that fits the way your business actually runs
Clear scope, agreed days, a scorecard and a monthly review. Remote-first, on site when it matters, and never working for your competitors.
Principles
Six things you can count on
One client per competitive segment
I don’t work for your competitors. Ever. So you can share everything.
A scorecard from month one
We agree what success looks like, measure it monthly and adjust.
Capability, not dependency
I build your TEAM and systems so the results last when I step back.
Remote-first, on site when it matters
Strategy, reporting and coaching remotely; workshops, launches and site visits in person.
Plain English
No jargon, no 80-slide decks. Clear decisions and clear owners.
Honesty
If I’m not the right fit, I’ll tell you, and point you to someone who is.

What I need from you
Making it work
- A clear sponsor: usually the MD, CEO or founder
- Access to data and people
- A standing slot in your leadership meetings
- Agreement on the scorecard in month one
- Honest feedback, early
Honestly
Who this isn’t for
- Businesses looking for someone to just “do the marketing”
- Very early start-ups without product-market fit
- Organisations that want a report, not change
- Direct competitors of an existing client
Questions
How it works: FAQs
What’s the minimum commitment?
Reviews are fixed scope. Retainers start with a short initial term so we can show results, then continue month to month on notice.
Do you work on site?
I’m remote-first, and on site when it matters: workshops, launches, leadership meetings and site visits. On-site days are agreed upfront and travel is covered by the client.
How do you report progress?
Through a scorecard agreed in the first month and a monthly review with you or your board.
