Know exactly where growth is leaking, and what to fix first

The Commercial & People Review is a fixed-fee, three to four week diagnostic. I look at your commercial performance, brand, people and systems as one picture, then give you a clear diagnosis and a prioritised 90-day plan your leadership TEAM can act on immediately.

Proof

Where I’ve done this

  • Led annual commercial and talent planning for a 17-property group, at board level.
  • Re-engineered Premier Hotels & Resorts’ brand and digital strategy after a full review of sales channels, loyalty and online presence.

“What stood out to me was the breadth of his commercial leadership. He had a clear understanding of the business at an executive level, how strategy, revenue, customer experience, sales, marketing and operational performance all need to work together to deliver sustainable results.”

Questions

Commercial & People Review: FAQs

How long does the review take?

Three to four weeks, depending on the size of the business and how quickly data is available.

What does it cost?

It’s a fixed fee, agreed upfront based on the number of sites and business units. There are no surprises.

Do we have to continue with a retainer afterwards?

No. The plan is yours. Some businesses continue because they want help implementing it, but there’s no obligation.

What do you need from us?

Access to key data, an hour with each member of the leadership TEAM, and time with a cross-section of your people.
